Elevator Pitch
With more than 17 years of experience in the healthcare and social services sector, I have developed extensive expertise in executive leadership, people management, quality management, controlling, and the management of complex organizations in both national and international environments.
I currently serve as Managing Director of the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB Saarland), where I am committed to advancing high-quality healthcare, nursing, and social services. My work is driven by a clear mission: to improve people's quality of life through innovation, sustainable strategies, and excellence in service delivery. I strongly believe in collaborative leadership and foster a culture built on trust, teamwork, and the core values of our organization.
In my role as Managing Director, I oversee several companies providing inpatient and outpatient care as well as services for people with disabilities and social participation. I am responsible for strategic leadership, organizational development, financial performance, human resources, and the implementation of high-quality standards across all areas of operation.
Prior to this role, I held various leadership and operational positions in elderly care and the hospital sector, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape from both management and frontline perspectives. This experience enables me to combine strategic decision-making with a deep appreciation for the daily challenges faced by healthcare professionals and the people they care for.
My focus is on working together with multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable, innovative, and efficient solutions for the evolving challenges of modern healthcare.
