Elevator Pitch

I am a Digital Innovation Manager and AI Lead with end-to-end responsibility for building and scaling artificial intelligence in complex organizations. My work focuses on translating AI potential into strategic value, governance-compliant structures and sustainable adoption – beyond isolated pilots or tools. I take a holistic ownership across six key dimensions of enterprise AI: • AI Strategy & Target Architecture – defining vision, roadmap and maturity models • AI Governance & Responsible AI – policies, guidelines, risk classification and regulatory alignment • AI Pilots & Projects – from ideation to pilots, use cases and scalable solutions • AI Adoption & Enablement – embedding AI into daily work and business processes • AI Competence Development – training concepts, leadership programs and upskilling journeys • AI Ambassador Program & Communication – internal communities, awareness, culture and transparency. I work at the intersection of technology, organization, leadership and culture, collaborating closely with executive management, IT, legal, works councils and business units.
