Elevator Pitch
I am a senior sustainability executive specializing in the strategic integration of energy, water, waste, and carbon emissions management across multifamily real estate operations. At Greystar, I lead initiatives that drive measurable reductions in operational environmental impacts, manage supplier-related Scope 3 emissions, and enhance ESG performance and regulatory compliance across national portfolios.
As a PhD student at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, my research focuses on applying Community-Based Social Marketing (CBSM) strategies to strengthen resident engagement programs that complement operational sustainability initiatives and support compliance with emerging Building Performance Standards (BPS) regulations.
