Elevator Pitch
I am passionate about driving digital transformation. At Wiegand-Glas, a family-owned company with over 450 years of tradition in innovative glass and PET packaging, I am driving strategic data management and data governance initiatives, as well as digital projects that enhance operational efficiency, such as the implementation of an internal chatbot for knowledge management and information retrieval, the optimization of defect detection in bottles during quality inspections, and the improvement of production planning through predictive modeling.
Previously, I earned a PhD in Information Systems, with a research focus on the ethical management of human-AI interaction and responsible digital transformation in organizations. During my time as a research associate at the University of Bamberg, I was responsible for the European Social Fund-supported project "Social Media Management for SMEs", helping small and medium-sized enterprises strengthen their digital presence and mobile business capabilities.
Earlier in my career, I worked as an Employer Branding Manager at HUK-COBURG, where I led the strategic development of the employer brand. My responsibilities included onboarding, recruiting, and crafting social media strategies aligned with the company’s qualitative and quantitative workforce needs.
With a strong background in information systems, and human resources, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic HR acumen to drive innovation and ensure the effective integration of technology in organizations.
