Elevator Pitch

I am passionate about driving digital transformation. At Wiegand-Glas, a family-run business with over 450 years of history in innovative glass and PET packaging, I lead strategic initiatives to modernize operations, centralize and standardize data, and integrate technology into business processes. Prior to this, I completed a PhD in Information Systems, focusing on the ethical management of human-AI interactions in organizations. As a research associate at the University of Bamberg, I contributed to the European Social Fund-supported project, “Social Media Management for SMEs,” helping small businesses improve their digital presence. Earlier in my career, I served as an Employer Branding Manager at HUK-COBURG, where I led the development of the employer brand, analyzed talent needs, and implemented key HRM tools like onboarding and recruiting strategies. With a strong foundation in business administration, information systems, and human resources, I combine technical expertise and leadership experience to drive innovation and ensure seamless technology integration in organizations.
