Supporting people, teams and their interaction in the strive for the greater good are my common thread and drive. Transformation and organizational development are my flagship disciplines. The end-to-end value chain is my playground. Shaping digital and physical supplier and stakeholder relationships across the value chain to increase innovation, sustainability and efficiency and to reduce or even avoid costs and risks is an absolute team sport. As a team player, I bring a hands-on mentality, prudence, creativity and the necessary assertiveness to succeed at it. I take into account the best and latest findings from research and practice to find sustainable solutions. My core expertise is in Supply Chain Relationship Management and regards any aspect related to collaboration in the Supply Chain - I am currently most involved in Supply Chain Risk Management to secure the reliable as well as timely derlivery of global shipments and am in lead for reducing scope 3 emissions relating to transport activities.
