I am fascinated by software and how to use it to achieve the best possible outcomes for individuals and companies. Therefore, I am working in my current role with Enterprises to master Digital Transformation and maximize the ROI on their software investments. To become a truly digital company, it is vital to build the software landscape around your employees and not the other way around. It is critical to have proper change management to leave no one behind and lead the digital transformation. My expertise is (Enterprise) Sales as well as growing teams in a startup environment. Originally I am from beautiful Weinheim, close to Frankfurt before I moved to Munich. I enjoy spending time in nature. Thus, I appreciate the proximity to the German as well as the Austrian Alpes.
