In my previous role as Assistant Plant Manager and participant in the International Production and Technology Program, I championed process optimization and digital transformation for chemical plants, integrating cutting-edge technology into a circular economy. These initiatives also involved implementing innovative digital strategies and business models. With three years of research and development expertise in chemical and manufacturing engineering, I've made significant contributions to the field. My work in 3D printing technology and chemical process intensification has been recognized in leading scientific journals, featured in oral presentations, and cited over 75 times. Having lived and worked in various countries, including Australia, Portugal, China, and Belgium, I've honed my language skills and intercultural competencies. Today, I collaborate with international academic and industrial partners, inspiring and empowering people through community organizations and talent pools worldwide.
