Hallo, ich bin Felix Neise, Senior Consultant bei CPC. Dort leite ich Transformations- und Change-Projekte, so z.B. „Die Transformation zu einer datengesteuerten Organisation“. Um nachhaltigen Erfolg sicherzustellen, adressieren wir Veränderungen auf den notwendigen Ebenen: organisatorisch, prozessual, kulturell sowie übergreifend systemisch. Unser Erfolg beruht neben der obligatorischen Erfahrung und Kompetenz in der aufrichtigen Fokussierung und dem integren Umgang mit Menschen, die von Veränderungen betroffen sind. Als Wirtschaftsingenieur und Philosoph bringe ich die für diesen Ansatz wertvolle Perspektivenvielfalt mit. Ich freue mich auf den Austausch mit Gleichgesinnten und Interessierten.
