For around 16 years now, I have been pursuing the goal of creating remarkable experiences to customers with every company and organization I worked for. I’ve led various projects to develop customer contact centers with new flavours, and I have driven the implementation of technologies and innovative approaches that helped enhancing customer experiences, as well as support businesses in their developments and markets penetration targets. ❝𝘼𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙚𝙙!❞ I am a seasoned and highly skilled expert and a passionate inspiring leader in creating customer development & customer management strategies and approaches across the entire customer journey. I never fear exploring new technological avenues and pursue innovative and creative approaches and strategies to support the end targets I need to achieve, and with my skilled abilities to sell and negotiate, I always ensure getting executive management teams to support and steer developments & implementation of future-proof & forward-thinking concepts and technologies. Part of being a customer advocate, is getting resistance in implementing new and radical strategies & measures for various reasons, and as I have a personal motto that I always follow; 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘦𝘥. I have led many fruitful projects, implemented great customer & business development strategies, and I have never failed in reaching my targets and objectives throughout my career. ⚡ Currently I am working on applying all my experiences, lessons learned and my passion in reshaping the world of electric urban mobility, customer engagement & contact centers.
