Johan Mohamad, the Founder and President of Malaysia Hemptech Industrial Research Association (MHIRA), is an esteemed international speaker for Cannabis Hemp. He has been at the forefront of the Cannabis legalization movement in Malaysia since 2013, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to advancing the industry.
Johan's extensive experience in sustainability initiatives is commendable. He spearheaded the successful "Towards Zero Waste Campaign," engaging 20 schools in impactful farming and recycling projects. Additionally, he served as the founder and former president of RCOMM Lestari, leading sustainable campaigns on a national and regional scale.
As the Southeast Asia Mentor for the World Cleanup campaign, Johan has empowered numerous communities and students through collaborations with universities, stakeholders, and government agencies. His expertise in areas such as biomass, waste management, and industrial hemp, aligned with the UNSDG, has earned him recognition as the Green Productivity Champion by the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC).
